Yovel - The Past, Present, and Future

On behalf of my wife and I we would like to congratulate you and all of your staff on the spectacular ceremony of Inauguration of President Yitzhak Navon's Program for Sephardic Studies at FIU. It was a honor for us to attend and see how your relentless work has paid off. As a Sephardic Jews we feel proud of your accomplishment. We also felt lucky to have met a figure of the stature of Mr. Navon, his trajectory and achievements set the highest standards for Sephardic Jews around the world and I am confident that the university program will go very far with his name and accomplishments as seed.

Dear David and the leaders of Yovel,

There are no words to describe the magnitude of the event we have all witnessed last night. Sharing the very positive comments received from all those that were fortunate to be present at the ceremony will sum-up to one strong statement: "Yitzhak Navon, the Yovel organization and its founders has truly elevated our spirit and made us all proud of our unique Separadic heritage". When considering this period of global mess and declining economy, your capable leadership gave our community at large a spark of pride and sense of big accomplishment.
